How do I go about canceling my DSL service? I just moved to another state and no longer need my service but can not find anything online about doing so. Please advise. Thanks!

I have the same problem, I move to Mexico and I cannot contact the 800 number; my wife called them, but they did not want to help her. It´s a same that this company treat the ¨loyal customers like that¨
After this, I will never get get Verizon another chance,
