You have to know what type of phone service you have. Verizon offers several favors. Fortunately all these favors provide an either/or answer. S, you will either use Verizon's call assistant by logging in at
www.verizon.com/callassistant.
Yyou may have to sign up for and activate it before using it. This service is available for old regular phone lines (copper) or regular fios telephone lines. OR you will use Verizon's fios voice account manager by logging in with your Verizon user Id and password.
