We have a flat screen with wifi enabled television. With our previous internet provider, Time Warner, we had no problem watching netflix or any other internet content. Now with Verizon high speed, sometimes the television says that the internet connection is not providing fast enough speed. Or the content stops mid stream to buffer. Or it says that we can't view content at all. Called Verizon Tech support who ran a test and said that my system was running fine. The tech that installed the system said that we got the slowest of the Verizon options, but when I called Verizon customer service, I was told that we have the fastest that they offer. I am on the verge of switching back to Time Warner. Per chance, am I doing anything wrong or has anybody solved similar issues??
