Is anyone else experiencing inconsistencies with there modem. All of sudden mine stop working or should I say work intermittently. This has happen to me on more than one occasion. The last time they had to send me a new modem. After calling the support line who is not helpful at all wants to send a technician to home during with a 4 hours timeframe let alone the non-speaking representatives that you have to talk too. REALLY! I work so I can pay Verizon....Any suggestions on a good internet provider. It's aggravating when you have two kids in college that need the internet for research and cannot use it, but Verizon wants to get paid.
