After a 2 day outage, my caller id no longer displays on my tv. I've tried turning the feature off and then turning it back on on all the boxes and still no joy. Any thoughts?

I have the same problem. My Caller ID was displaying correctly on the TV and for the last month or so it's stopped displaying. I've toggled the feature on and off but this hasn't corrected the problem. Please let me know what I need to do to correct this. Thanks.
No one from Verizon is willing to help me with this problem!!!!!
I am having the same problem. My caller ID worked up until about 3 weeks ago then quit. I have spent a lot of time trying to get some help on it buy Verizon just wont address the issue. Very discouraged
