Bought the 3.1 mbps - 7 mbps DSL speed bundle along with the land line at a house we just moved into on 7/12/13. We're getting 2 mps when we're lucky. Have rebooted the routed a gazillion times. Still in the 2.2 mps range. Have been on thr phone with Southern Asia tech support daily.
All VERIZON billing offered me was a cheaper plan at .5 mbps - 1 mbps. is *THAT* the best solution they can come up with? My binary alternative seems to be to pay for 3.1 - 7 but just accept the 2.2 performance.
Really? VERIZON...is *THAT'S* my two choices? I'm stunned. Is that any ethical difference than letting me keeo the 2.2 mbps but charge me the lower speed rate?
Any VERIZON employee have any wisdom on this topic?
