Installing a new router

Last week a bought a new Dual Router from MicroCenter. In order to connect my router to the internet I need the pppoe username and password that came with my Verizon DSL modem. Having lost the user's manual I need to find another way to find my pppoe username and password.

In most markets, you can just use any username and password to connect the modem. In my area it is like this. As long as your line is not physically disconnected or suspended, it will accept any login.

@For your PPPoE username and password, that is the same you use to log into your Verizon e-mail (without the @verizon.net part) or into MyVerizon. Away from that, call Verizon and ask for some help in getting that information. Have a copy of your bill with you when you call.
