I was to have my home phone and internet service activated on 2/7. It has been a nightmare! No one helps me! Your service is terrible! I am filing a complaint with the PA Consumer Advocate Office.

Have you called to see why it was not installed, and whether they have scheduled a new service date?
I've been calling and I get no help. This is very frustrating. I will be talking to the PA Consumer Advocate today.
