My business phone makes the stutter tone but won't let me get into voicemail. When I call to leave a message it asks for my VM sign-in information instead of a greeting and letting me leave a VM. I cannot take messages and cannot fix my VM. I even unplugged all phones per the repair service and that didn't work.
