I am new to FIOS and am unable to accept incomming calls on my home phone. when i call the number, it goes right to vm, stating that the mailbox is full and not accepting messages. I got the message retrieval number from the website, but when i call that, it says i have no new messages. I spent 20 min on hold with verizon support, they told me that the residential portion of FIOS was sold to a company named Frontier, the number she gave me for them is a non working number. does anyone have advice on how to fix this problem? i have been paying for a service I have been unable to access for almost 2 months now, its very frustrating!
