HI, thanks for taking the time to read this. I currently have verizon high speed internet, however, it is not from verizon directly. The internet is provided to me by a local ISP who buys bandwith from verizon. I do this because I live in the rurals and the local ISP has an antenna up across the valley to support the residents with internet. Anyways, as of the past 3 weeks, I have had very incosistent internet. It is not my router, and I do not believe it is the ISP. The verizon bandwith IP adress that I am using is 108.47.x.xxx. However, It seems this is a problem coming from a company known as "Telia.net". Running a Tracert in CMD in my computer, i come up with these reults:

As you can see, my ping is all over the place and it seems I have a ton of packet loss at times. It seems that it really starts going wrong in the Telia.net servers, which are located in Sweden. Why this is happening I have no idea. I live in Southern California so why is my internet tracing back to Sweden? This is really frustrating and I don't appreciate paying money for such bad service.
