cant make a call not even to verizon and when people call me it says unable to complete call. i odnt know whats going on. i can get on the internet and it runs through my phone line.
Have you tried contacting Verizon through email or live chat?

Where are you located? I'm in Bend, Oregon and am having the same problem. Internet works fine on my phone, but I cannot make or receive texts or calls. Calls are dropped immediately upon connecting to the network; it doesn't even ring. Apparently there's an outage?
I cant either. I just recieved a phone call but still cannot make calls.
