I upgraded to enhanced high speed internet on Monday to 7.1Mbps. Speed is still bleow 1Mbps after several calls to Billing and Tech Support. Getting a major runaround from anyone on the phone. Modem stats are below

Tech support on Thursday said they had to escalate the issue and someone would call in 24 hrs and no one called. TS on Saturday said she would have to call me back in 2 days, no call back. I need some more help on this one.
