I have answer call, it works except the visual mwi does not work. I hear the stutter tone when I have a message and pick up the handset but for some reason the indicator does not light. Previously I had a problem where it would not go off after a message was deleted. Now it no longer lights when I have a message. Noone has been able to help.
My phone supports VMWI. It does have an answering machine on the phone but we do not use it.
Any suggestions? I'm at my wits end.
