Max I'm getting on a wired connection is 325/307. installed and set by Fios technician.
Customer service did all the tests-- nothing changed.

However once traffic leaves the ISP's network there less of a guarantee that you will get the speed that you are paying for. Please tell me that you are using Verizon's speed testing server and not any third party.
Which speed test? Verizon's or another like Ookla?
Check your CPU load when you are speed testing. If it is getting very high, you may be bottlenecked by it, or perhaps the bottleneck is also with Anti-virus doing network scanning.
