Can't make calls but can receive them.

I have a dial tone. When I dial a number the doesn't go through. However, I am able to retrieve calls. Before I unplug all my phone and go one by one as instructed - any other suggestions? Seems weird that I can receive but not place a call. Verizon auto test says all is fine.

Is this happening on every phone in the house? Its the job of the phone to generate the touchtones that initiates the dialing. You are going to want to test with a different phone. If you are still having troubles and we need to dive deeper, please send me a private message so we can get your info.
