Will I still get a free wireless router?

I just ordered the 3Mbps plan yesterday, and today I get an e-mail telling me my installation kit has been shipped. I see a Westell Gateway mentioned, and after researching here, find out it's only a modem. I ordered through Verizon mainly because of the wireless router that was being offered for free, and it was even said it would be included before I completed my order. Will I even get the router anymore, and if so, will it be with the installation kit or in a seperate shipment altogether?

Now don't panic. Westell makes wireless routers too. You will know shortly when your kits comes.

can you show me the ad where you saw that you would get the wireless modem for free? I am having the same issue with them. I recently got into the double play package, and with that was supposed to be the wireless modem. I was a existing customer and already had the wired one. The reason that I stayed was the upgrade in speed and the free wireless modem/ router. Every time that I call, they say that there is no notation on the account I should get one (guessing since I already have the wired one) and they can send on, but only for free. I plan on calling and going to higher-ups but want to have as much ammo as possible.
