Operator/ network in cambodia

I am traveling around Cambodia now. I was able to use blackberry bold 9560 to receive emails, use blackberry messenger. However for the 2 weeks, the data service didn't work anymore. The local operator Mobitel seemed to restrict my blackberry from data usage. Even 3G data is restricted, it seemed.

I would like to know:
1. Who is verizon operator partner in Cambodia?
2. How do I get in touch with verizon support staff thru email because I would prefer not to make long distance call. I will be in Cambodia for quite a while.
