no phone number showing up on caller id

I keep getting calls with no number showing up on the caller id, I know some of them are from skype. I don't want to accept any calls from anything that doesn't show up a number. If there is no feature for this then verizon needs to find a way to make one. I don't want calls from skype or any other internet based calling programs. If a number can't be displayed then I don't want to receive it.

When you say no number shows up, what does show up? "Unavailable"? "Out of Area" "Unknown"? If so there is no way to block these calls but they can be screened using the optional feature Call Intercept. If the calls come up "Private" "Restricted" or "Anonymous" these can be blocked using Anonymous Call Rejection.
