Waited on hold for technical support for about 2 hrs and finally got a resolution. Do as follows:
1) Open up Internet Explorer
2) Remove everything out of the address bar and key in the following: 192.168.1.1/verizon/redirect.htm
3) If you receive a page asking for Username and Password, they are as follows: Username: admin Password: password
4) You should get a page asking if you'd like to DISABLE. Click the DISABLE button
5) A new login screen appears - close out of it
6) Open up Internet Explorer again and you should be online
