We used to use Outlook Express. Then we switched to Verizon email. Every since we started using Verizon emails, many of my emails have the pics X'd out when I send them, even if they were there, when I read them, and even when I receive them..
I had my settings so all emails would download pics. It wasn't working. They would still X'd out.
So I changed it = Download pics for those in my address book. Now some emails at the
top Say = Click on/ Some pics have to be downloaded. Then the pics sometimes show up. The ones receiving my emails usually have the pics X'd out.
I tried using online help animated guy. He can understand me. The other help tells me to contact Microsoft.
My problem started when we switched to Verizon email.
I can't get Outlook Express back because when Verizon got rid of MSN, I tried to save MSN address book to it, The O.E. email system errored out.
Please help.
