I had an old equipment that always worked. Now this new one since November 20th is my nightmare!!!! I have plug unplug, boot and reboot again and again. Changed electrical outlets and keeps doing the same. Tomorrow a tech will come and I hope they find what is going on. Not to tell you the long nightmarish story of how I changed the service... never told that the upgrade required a new connection (ethernet) and a lot more. So tired of all this... Not happy!
