Cannot access starz? Error - use verizon login screen....?

OK, I dled the software, it installed, I can start the starz software, but when I go to click download, it says I have to access through my "verizon login screen". I tried logging into my acct and did. I went to manage b-ban essentials and extras, and it shows Starz, but just gives me the "access now" button - which prompts me to install the software again. I'm not a computer noob, been building them for 20 years. Any ideas?

Did you try to uninstall the software then re-install it?
