While I certainly can understand the difficulties that Verizon is having with the Hurricane what I can't understand is why they cannot have adequate people to answer the phone and help people. My phone dropped 6 hours after our power came back on. Phone was working fine until then. I have been trying to get Verizon to turn call forwarding on temporarily for my account so I can at least receive my calls. Been holding for over 30 minutes already - very frustrating.
