Caller ID isn't showing on tv I've set and reset and availability is ok'd also I'm in 23605 area. Why is this happening. And when will this be corrected.
It seems to go off whenever there is a power outage and probably other times too. I don't think it will ever be permanently fixed until someone at Verizon fixes the software so we won't continually lose it.
