I just created a new sub account and when trying to set it up in outlook I get an error stating can't send email verify email address. However, when I go into my account into my account online it shows that the email is correct. Please help.

Make sure you have the box checked that says your outgoing server requires authentication. Your auth info is your Verizon username and password.
checked that and it still doesn't work. I have mirrored my other accounts that I have set up and dont' have similar problem.
