I am having a terrible time getting someone to come to my home to repair my phone. I have called and been on the internet. All I can get is the automated voice that says I can have a repair person come from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm. This is a long time to wait for a repair. Both my husband and I work. I really need a more set time. It has been 4 days with out a phone and we are loosing patience with verizon.
