Recently, I received a mailer from Verizon regarding a special offer on FIOS Digital Voice service.
The front of the brochure highlights "Introducing FIOS Digital Voice".
Next page: "EXPERIENCE THE ADVANCED FEATURES AND HD QUALITY SOUND OF FIOS DIGITAL VOICE FOR ONLY $10 A MONTH.
Additional text indicates unlimited free incoming calls and outbound calls at $.05 per minute within the US.
The back side of the mailer indicates: "Scan the QR code or call 1.877.806. 7657 for more information on the benefits of FIOS Digital Voice.
I called the 877 number and talked with an agent for 15 to 30 minutes.
SHE COULD NEVER EVEN FIND A SINGLE PIECE OF INFORMATION THAT THIS OFFER EVEN EXISTS!
Has anyone else seen this offer, tried to take advantage of it, had nay similar experiences?
