I have FiOS and when I originally got the service my voicemail indicators worked correctly. Now, the voicemail indicator light nor the stuttered dial tone work. The only way to know if I have any messages is to call my VM or look in my account online. I am also receiving an email to my Verizon email every time I get a phone call.
Does anyone have a solution to this issue? I have noticed others with similar problems and were not able to get a resolution after contacting the support line.
