I'm still waiting to get help. This is my second post here. So far nothing is being done. I'm really thinking of changing providers. I'm the only one in the neighborhood without service and I am on oxygen. Worst service I have ever had.

No envelope. I have gotten nowhere here at all. Just like for the last 4 weeks. I think I will be switching cariers tomorrow. I can"t afford to be without a phone.
