I was scheduled to have a repair person fix my no dial tone issue this friday oct 14. I came home today and recieved a call on my cell phone stating the problem has been resolved and it has not! Has my scheduled appointment been cancelled? I will be going into work late on friday because I need to get this fixed! What's going on?
