Perhaps I missed it but on one of my STB, I initially allowed it to set parental controls on for the call logs. I actually don't want this (they're only adults here), but cannot figure out how to turn it off.
I had the same problem. use verizon chat. they will sent a code to reset and if that fails will reload the software. only lost the favorites when they reloaded the software.
