Verizon Yahoo Email constantly broken

Does Verizon monitor these forums? Do they know about the severe problems with Verizon Yahoo email? Just curious.

I keep getting error 15 from veizon yahoo email. Yahoo tells me that imust ask verizon for customer support. Ive been getting error 15 access problems each time all day today. I could not access it at all today, from 8a EST to 4pm EST. Over the last 4 weeks, ive been getting this error more and more, today being the worst.

I tried resetting my cookies, cache, and tried diffeent browsers, all without success today (IE, firefox, and chrome).

Can verizon ask yahoo to fix this problem?

No that don't monitor these forums for that kind of thing. Their are only a handful of Admins.

These forums are meant to be peer to peer.

What is broken now with Verizon Yahoo? Last big thing was a few months back when they suddenly switched to requiring your USERID be specified with @verizon.net attached.
