I live in the Bethlehem, PA phone exchange and my ACR when activated or deactivated produces a loud buzz. Also, parties calling my number with a blocked caller id get nothing rater than the message to call back un-blocking their number.
Reported weekly to repair service since 02/22/12. Filed informal complaint with PA PUC.
Verizon has called me back after numerous requests and said they can't fix the problem and it affects everyone in the exchange.
