up until yesterday i had verizon voice and DSL over copper. Verizon is forcing / mandating all copper line cutomers be moved to the fiber optic system. However i do not support this decision and have already taken actions. I already changed my DSL provider to an alternate 3rd party provider. I need to get rid of the verizon voice service altogether so i will have dry loop DSL through the 3rd party provider. How do i SAFELY get verizon to remove (disconnect) voice service without loosing my 3rd party DSL service.
