Forgot password to Verizon modem site

I had changed the initial password verizon gave me for my DSL modem settings which is a web site like an ip address. I don't see anywhere on the web site to "reset" the password. I was on the phone with verizon over an hour and the guy didn't seem to know either. Does anyone know how to reset that password?

You need to reset the router. Press and hold the reset button for 15 seconds. It will be a small recessed button on the back or bottom depending on your router model. That will restore it to default settings.
