After getting the modem connected (Friday), I went and secured it with a network name, password, and change of channel. Things were running great until Monday, when connection speeds dropped to <1 Mbps (supposed to be getting up to 15 Mbps). I am wondering is having changed the channel from default to Channel 5, would create that problem? Anyone know if there are any preferred channels that are best suited for this particular model modem?
