My daughter cannot access the internet since we moved and switched from FIOS to dsl. Can anyone help. It is showing that she is connected to our new account, but she can't access anything.
Go to the iPad's WiFi settings. Find your network. Touch the big red "forget this network" button.
Next, go back to the WiFi network selection screen. Find your network. Touch it to connect. Enter your WiFi password.
That should do it.
