In the past I have called ,spoke to and troubleshot many internet connections with verizon tech support.
I located speed test and after verifing my account and speed test results.
I called 3 help desk techs and 2 phone calls the one guy from it fixed it in 2 minutes.
Well now it is slow again down to 1.80mbps from 3.00 mbps.
So hopefully the it techs are looking and can reset my connection without a 20 minute Phone call.
I have reset my modem and pc allready.
