DV Locate Me Feature Request

Would like to turn off the "feature" of the recorded voice coming on and telling the caller that you are trying to locate me before the first ring. It should ring 4 times (or whatever you have it set at) before even acknowledging that it is trying a different number.

This is not an option that can be turned on or off. It will always announce this when the locate me feature is turned on the account. It is a great idea though to modify the feature as you mentioned. This would be a perfect candidate for the Verizon Idea Exchange. Please search on the idea exchange and cast your vote. There may be another member who made the same suggestion.
