new service issuses

i canr seem to use my new service under someone els s phone number i cant always call in when im working so i use my bosses computer what can i do about this is why wasnt the old service shut off before my service was put on now i have service i cant use at all untill they shut off old phone number

I am a bit confused. What services can't you use under your bosses telephone number? Please provide as much information as possible as far as what you are trying to do and what errors or messages it is giving you.
