Internet drops at least once every couple of hours / Can't get through on-demand programming

I find that AT LEAST once every couple of hours my internet will drop out. Additionally, any on-demand show or movie I'm watching will drop out. I find it ridiculous that I can't get through a movie without service dropping completely for several minutes at a time. Please help.

Can you supply modem Transceiver Statistics and perhaps the modem's logs? If you need help getting this info, tell us what make and model you have. When pasting logs, please be sure to cleanse your IP address from them.
