I recently changed my plan to 900 mins, I have now used 981 (due to a family issue) but I never completed my Friends and Family numbers. I just added them this AM, will they credit me those mins for the numbers I chose????????

No, the Friends and Family is not retroactive. You will have to pay for the extra minutes.
Calls to numbers on your Friends & Family phone list are counted as of the date after they are added to the list (not retro). Since you are so close to going over, you can also change your plan to the next higher plan to avoid the overage fees. If you do not need to continue the higher plan for future months, you can change it back.
Any changes have to be completed BEFORE your bill cycle ends. Hope this helps.
