A REAL BILL PLEASE?

I'm enrolled in Auto Pay and I am trying to view the dates of my statement charge for the month. This is all that is availble to me (screen shot below).

1. What are the dates of service I'm being charged for? Can anyone tell me?

2. Why is the payment taken from my account before the due date? (Due date is September 21st, but the payment was taken on September 17th

3. Because I can't get a customer service number to call (see my other post about that!) I'm posting this here.

I'm beginning to boil with anger. I'm feeling frustrated, annoyed, and totally taken advantage of.

Click on the red Adobe PDF symbol. You should then see the tradtional mail bill. Hopefully it has the dates you want to see.

Payment is taken a few days prior to the bill being due to allow for processing. While that should be a moot point these days, some types of transactions can get caught in limbo for a few days. Plus, it gives you time to identify a problem before the bill goes overdue and fees are added for late payment.
