I am in the Temple College Area... and it makes no sense that i cannot get a higher tier than .5 to 1mps.... Can't get FIOS .. nothing but the slowest DSL. Has Verizon just given up this territory to Comcast and will no upgrade the area. I would like to keep the service if i can be moved up to the higher tiers.
