Hello, I have the following problem. Two people I know cannot successfully call me. If they try the call goes straight to the voicemail. The three lines, including mine, belong to different service providers (one CDMA the other GSM if that is of any help). However other people with the same service providers as these two don't have this issue. Mine being the one they can't connect to. We have no texting problems and I can call them with no problems at all.
With one of them I did the following. I had both phones at hand and make sure they both had good signal. I proceed to call myself from my friends phone and it went straight to the voicemail. I hang up and call her right away from my phone and the call proceeded smoothly as you would expect.
My questions are:
-What may be causing this?
-Why is the call able to connect one way but not the other?
-How do I solve the problem?
If you need any additional info, like location, the service providers of these two persons or anything else, let me know.
