Fast Forward to May 2013 - DSL Charge is Now 24.99 - No Warning, No Email, No Letter, Nothing.
Someone on the "Business Side" sweept many accounts without telling the Customer.
Called Customer Service On Oct 2 - Their reply - "That Program Never Existed"

Since at the Beginning of Each Call The Recorded Message Says:, "This Call Is Recorded and May Be Used For Training Purposes", Lets Go Back To Feb 2009 and Listen.
