I am extremely frustrated with the lengths you have to go to on Verizon to get a problem solved. I don't feel like being on the phone with them all day so I will try this method. Since I purchased a package with faster internet speed it is actually slower. I am sure I have some virus and have also purchased virus protection that is not working. How do I run a virus scan without contacting Tech support and get the internet speed I am paying for? I have done the troubleshooting on the speed issues with no success. Thanks.
