Logging into my router

I am trying to connect another Xbox360 system. I have one online, but this one won't connect. I am connected to the router but not the net.

I went xbox360 ipaddress/help site and it is saying I might need to manually connect it. I don't see why since the other xbox360 connected just fine.

It won't auto assign the IP address and now if I go into my router I am asked to provide a name and password. What would that be, the phone number and account number or something else? Of course I am not asking you to give me the password over the forums, just and idea as to what it might be. Thank you.

If you have the Actiontec look on the label and you should see: User Name: admin Password: ********

admin is lower case, the password is case sensitive.

Older model Actiontecs may still use "password" or the serial number for the password.
