In mid October, Verizon customers in our zip code area (16415, northwest PA) lost internet service on 4 seperate days. We recieved service interuption emails from Verizon. Since then my internet has been frustratingly slow. I called customer service and the technician walked me through some tests, and remote accessed the modem, etc. No improvement. I have'nt changed anything, and the connections on the modem and wireless router all seated good. Help?
